If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY! NO REFUNDS are allowed!

Items bought on sale are final and cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Ship items to the address listed above and allow 5-7 business days for return processing.

During this time we will inspect the items to ensure it is not defective or worn. You will be notified of your store credit via email. We reserve the right to deny your return if it shows signs of wear. 

Once you've sent your return to us, please email us at info@thelovelyfancy.com with your order number and item name.

 

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds to original payment methods. 

 

Exchanges on defective items

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.  

To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
